Thrio's offered 5 different coffees each day: House Blend, Guatemalan Decaf, a Varietal of the Day, and two Flavors of the day. 

Thrio's Varietal Coffees (also called "regular" or "straight") are listed with their country origins & date they began their respective cultivation in history.

Monday     Varietal: Ethiopian Harrar, (since about 550 A.D.)
Flavored: French Vanilla, Cinnamon Danish
Tuesday     Varietal: Java. From Java (since 1658)
Flavored: Caramel Pecan Roll, Snickee Doodle
Wednesday     Varietal: Kenyan AA (since 1898)
Flavored: Brulee Truffle, French Vanilla
Thursday     Varietal: Yemen (since about 600 a.d.)
Flavored: Caramel Pecan Roll, Hazelnut
Friday     Varietal: Tanzanian Peaberry (since 1898)
Flavored: French Vanilla, Snickee Doodle
Saturday     Varietal: Brazil (Since about 1750)
